What Should Be The Length Of Your Workout

So if it has been a long time since you have worked out and want to know how long you should be working out to start off and how many times a week, then read on. First of all, you will make it a lot easier on yourself and your weight loss goals if you watch what you eat, and eat the proper foods that help speed up your metabolism. Besides that, you need a workout routine and it kind of depends what type of shape you are in to determine how long you should workout.
The standard time for people to workout is about 30 minutes every other day or three times a week. I feel like that is a great way to get started, you can start walking, jogging or even riding a bike, just start doing something and challenge yourself more and more. The better shape you get in the longer you can workout for. I like working out for about an hour and a half. I like lifting weights and then getting a little cardiovascular in.

Now lets say you do not have much time, you work a lot and you travel, your life is so busy you do not have a lot of time for resting, let alone working out. There are a lot of ten minute workouts out there that can help you a ton, but can you get a good workout in ten minutes and is it worth it. Although I suggest that you workout for at least 30 minutes, 10 challenging minutes is better than nothing. You would be surprised how fast you can get your heart rate up in 10 minutes. But that is only if you cannot fit a 30 minute workout into your schedule.

Remember, 30 minutes, three times a week for beginners. An hour to an hour an a half for for advanced workouts.  If you are pressed for time, you will want to look at the 10 minute trainer.
